GeekFit

Starting my GeekFit Journey

As I start my GeekFit Journey; I begin at a weight of 295lbs and a BMI of 41. I am starting this GeekFit Journey not to necessarily loose weight, but to live a healthier life.

I have identified three main issues I have when it comes to loosing weight and gaining a healthier lifestyle:

  • Pre-Processed Foods, higher sodium and calorie intake more than the recommended daily intake of essential nutrients.
For those that don’t know what GeekFit is:
GeekFit.com was started by Steven Klassen and Jason Tucker to help geeks and other like minded people in the area of fitness. – geekfit.com

Initially I plan on taking the stairs when ever possible and also plan on using a treadmill here at the house. My goal is to be able to walk 3 miles, without, getting winded/fatigued. To assist in the monitoring of my health statistics I have on purchased a FitBit Ultra available for $99.95.

Buy shares in your friends, your followers, people with similar interests, brands you love, celebrities – anyone! All using a virtual currency and all for free!
