Wayne is a man of many hats. First and foremost Wayne is an uber geek with every meaning of the phrase. You can usually find Wayne discussing the latest in technology; whether it be hardware, software or something on the web. Wayne is a advocate for Open-Source software and standards. In addition Wayne is a avid supporter and attendee of UnConferences (such as: PodCamp Indy, WordCamp Indy, etc). Along those similar lines Wayne is currently a Technician class Amateur Radio operator. Wayne is also hobby photographer and cinematographer.
Frequently you will find Wayne attending various trade/technical conferences, barcamps (aka unconferences) and sci-fi conventions (ranging from the large such as GenCon Indy, to small conventions like InConJunction and StarBase Indy). In addition to blogging Wayne will occasionally video blog. Also Wayne is currently an event producer, currently working on two projects: Yuri’s Night and PodCamp Indy.
